Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we gladly accept returns of unused and unsharpened merchandise in its original packaging within 60 days of purchase.

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Care team to request a return authorization. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed. For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping method. Returns must be sent to the address provided in your return authorization instructions.

Important Information

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed after it is received at our facility.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order on our website for the desired product.

International Returns

For orders shipped outside of the United States, please be aware that any customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are non-refundable. International returns must also comply with the return policy stated above.
